Traceability and checks

ReValBIS is designed to link each asset to its valuation criteria and supporting documents. The history of changes and approvals provides a record of the work performed, supporting reviews by municipal staff and auditors. Automated calculations assist staff without replacing their review and approval.

Assessing a pilot project

Testing of the entire process is underway. A demonstration using sample data will help assess the platform's contribution and define the scope, activities and expected outcomes of a potential pilot project, based on available inventories and municipal priorities.
